TA Specialist :
- Executed end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding, adhering to established procedures.
- Contributed to the development of the overall global recruiting strategy, identifying opportunities for improvement and streamlining internal processes.
- Built and maintained strong working relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and team members, ensuring success, predictable results, and credibility.
- Developed networks to source high-quality talent, including qualified passive candidates, and collected market intelligence on talent supply and competitor trends.
- Demonstrated expertise in US terms such as W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, and i9.
- Planned and implemented procedures to enhance the candidate experience, promoting the company as the best place to work.
- Conducted interviews using various selection tools and methods, assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Monitored and applied HR recruiting best practices, leveraging HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
- Maintained effective communication and interpersonal skills to establish and nurture influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Made data-driven decisions and resolved problems efficiently to ensure smooth interactions with stakeholders.
Skills :
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter, preferably in an in-house setting.
- Ability to conduct different types of interviews, including structured, competency-based, and stress interviews.
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes, such as video interviewing, phone interviewing, and reference checks.
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
- Proficiency in recruiting software and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
