US IT/Technical Recruiter - Hiring & Staffing Firm

We have an urgent Job Opening for the role of a US IT / Technical Recruiter with a top notch New Jersey based company providing IT staffing and project based services to clients nationwide.

Position : Technical Recruiters (Onsite)

Job Location : Edison, New Jersey (USA)

Experience : 5 - 10 Years

Relevant Experience : 5+ Years

Shift Timings : Onsite Global Shifts

Job Description :

- Strong experince in entire recruiting life-cycle from obtaining the job opening, researching the opening, sourcing the candidate, prescreening, feedback, negotiations, closing the hire and maintaining the candidate in the position.

- Proficient in recruiting techniques like, Networking and Internet based recruiting tools.

- Well versed with US Visas classification and working status (W2 / Corp to Corp / 1099).

- Experience searching for candidates on job boards like monster.com, Dice.com, Careerbuilder.com and internal database (Job diva, Bullhorn)

- Good understanding of Client VMS like fieldglass, IQnavigator, Beelineect

- Good Negotiation and Closure skills with strong emphasis on Relationship management

- Result oriented with excellent people management skills

- Proven strength in problem solving, coordination and analysis.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, learning and organizing skills matched with the ability to manage stress, time and people effectively

Required Skill :

- At least 5+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter for US IT Staffing is must.

- Should have good experience working with Direct clients most of the time, if not all the times.

- Looking for a recruiters who worked mostly on W2 (Green card and Citizens)

- Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends

- Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, etc.)

- Need target oriented candidates with a history of achieving target

- Very Strong communication and inter personal skills
