Job Description:
- 2 yrs Experience in Bench Marketing for US / H1 B candidates
- Excellent in Market analysis and approaches
- Need to develop good relations with Direct Vendors and End Clients.
- Need to have capacity to interact with Senior Consultants, Screening their profiles and guiding them on the latest trends in the technologies.
- Good in networking and should have excellent reach out in the market.
- Need to have successful strategies in terms of marketing the consultants
- Excellent Communication skills
- Shifts will be Night shifts
Home drop will be provided (Thane Station if on the eastern side & till Mira road if on Western side, Kalyan/Dombivalii)
Need candidates who have experience coordinating directly with the clients for bench sales.
Skills Must have : H1B Sales
Qualifications : Graduates / MBA with US IT Sales Program.
Working Days : 5 Days a week (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM)
