Key Responsibility Areas :

- Candidate shall be responsible to analyse profit & loss accounts, balance sheets (financial statements) of target companies.

- Preparation of Money trail from source and application analysis.

- Preparation of fund flow statements of target companies from bank statements & ledger accounts.

- Preparation of reports and maintenance of data banks.

- Candidate should have prior experience in the field of promoter background checks and employee investigations.

- Candidate must have experience in financial forensic audit & investigation

- Candidate preferably should be a chartered accountant with Big 4 or similar firm experience.
