US West Coast Business Development Manager-Pharma
Principal accountability :
- Sustaining the existing Shasun business by maintaining existing relationships and further enhancing business with pharmaceutical / biotechnology companies with new products being planned by company and also expanding into newer customers.
This includes :
i. Negotiating and developing deals to closure to meet revenue objectives
ii. Managing client interface through flawless project execution
iii. Developing trust and content based relationships with each client, identifying potential areas for expansion for expansion (new products / custom needs), and supporting up selling (higher value services) at each client
iv. Extensively networking in the industry
v. Establishing peer-like contact with potential customers at the right levels to enhance customer reach
vi. Responsible for ensuring delivery of programs / products / services to customers in conjunction with scientific / production / operations teams for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
vii. Ensuring revenue objectives of the company being met from assigned territory by mentoring and motivating the team to deliver upon organizational objectives.
viii. Identify, staff, and enable appropriate personnel to deliver upon organizational objectives within assigned expenditure budgets.
Eligibility Criteria :Graduation in Science/Pharmacy with M.B.A.
7-10 years of experience is mandatory inCRAMS Business ,Pharma
