US Audit Role - CPA Firm

We have an opening for US Audit with a Leading CPA Firm.

Location: Ahmedabad / Remote.

Experience - Minimum 2 years in US Audit.

Requirements:

- With one to five years of experience working for a public accounting company or a US auditing CPA business, a CPA (or in the process of becoming one) or CA is required.

- Excellent analytical, organisational, and project management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications. Knowledge of Caseware, Caseview, or IDEA is a plus. Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills. Ability to work well independently but also with others. Approaches projects with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities:

- Deep understanding of the accounting and reporting standards generally accepted in the United States; ability to conduct independent research on US GAAP & US GAAS; performance of audits, reviews, and compilations for clients in a variety of industries under US GAAP and US GAAS in Ahmedabad office; preparation and analysis of financial statements; and evaluation of internal controls.

- To adhere to schedule limits and customer deadlines, develop realistic time budgets and organise audit requests. Encourage pleasant contacts with client personnel to strengthen the client relationship. Communicate with the supervisor, manager, and/or director about work status and any client difficulties that may emerge.
