Job Title - US Accounting.


Roles and Responsibilities:


- Provide exceptional accounting, audit, and operational services to our clients.


- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of professional accounting and auditing practices.


- Keep abreast of the latest developments in technology to deliver outstanding quality service.


- Execute, as applicable, processes related to the finalization of accounts, audit testing related to corporate audits, Government audits, EBP audits, pension plan audits etc.


- Collaborate with your Centre Manager and other onshore associates on your client's team to ensure that they are pleased with the services offered, through timely and effective communication, delivery on deadlines and stellar audit support.


- Manage day-to-day relationships with clients while performing within established processes and budget parameters.


- Participate in daily/weekly team and one-on-one check-in meetings to ensure all the deliverables are met.


- Embrace coaching and feedback provided by your supervisor and implement changes as needed to help meet the team and client goals.


Desired Candidate Profile :


- CA, CPA, currently pursuing CPA, minimum of a bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field with relevant experience.


- Over 5 years of demonstrated ability to provide accounting and audit support, audit testing, closing books monthly and preparing financial reporting and analysis for small businesses.


- Well-rounded knowledge of US accounting principles; knowledge of Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), Government Auditing Standards (GAS Yellow Book) and Generally Accepted Governmental Accounting Standards (GAGAS) is a plus.


- Capacity and commitment to work a minimum of 45 hours a week during traditional US daytime business hours supporting clients.


- Proficiency in MS Office and any major accounting/ERP software is mandatory.


- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both orally and in writing. Ability to write professional emails in English without typos or grammatical errors.


- Willingness to follow established policies and procedures consistently and accurately.


- Passion and sense of personal satisfaction in delighting clients and helping businesses succeed.


- Confidence in learning and embracing new technology to solve client issues.


- Experience in developing strong remote team relationships based on trust, accountability, integrity, and sharing of best practices.


- Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality while working with client data.


Education:


UG :B.Com in Commerce


PG :M.Com in Commerce, CA in Any Specialization, ICWA (CMA) in ICWA (CMA)
