What we're looking for :

We're looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for supporting searches for engineering, product management, and security positions.

This role will report to the Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition,India location and work closely with the People Team, Engineering, and Product organization.

Location : Chennai(Hybrid Model)

Experience : 3 to 7 years

What You Will Do :

- Oversee the entire recruitment process from initial outreach to close.

- Develop a robust and diverse Engineering candidate pipeline to fill current and future positions.

- Be creative in your approach to sourcing active and passive candidates (e.g. niche networks and environments).

- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions)

- Maintain efficient, accurate and clean documentation within the company's ATS (GreenHouse).

- Maintain consistent communication with candidates as well as the hiring team on the status of applicants in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to conduct and document reference checks for potential hires.

- Have a strong grasp of Arcadia's culture and be able to emanate our values throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.

- Maintain a consistent pulse on engineering initiatives and any changes to our stack.

- Have an ability to work independently within a small, fast-paced team; an entrepreneurial spirit and unrelenting passion to deliver the best service possible

- Have a general concern for the wellbeing of others both within the team and candidate lifecycle.

What You Will Bring :

- 3+ yrs experience in full-cycle technical recruitment in a Tech/SaaS company/Consulting Firm, with at least 1+ year(s) in a startup environment.

- You're able to prioritize efficiently despite competing priorities (or critical roles!).

- You're able to wear many hats and jump into the weeds with a 'no task too big or small approach - we're a lean recruiting machine so there's lots for us to do!

- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for engineering roles

- A quick and agile learner that can adjust quickly to fast-pace timelines.

- Highly collaborative and empathetic - you will be working with lots of hiring managers.

- Excellent verbal, written and in-person communication skills.

- Able to maintain a professional attitude and high level of confidentiality at all times.

Nice To-haves :

- Working knowledge of Greenhouse (ATS) is a plus

- Sourcing for experienced engineers in languages such as Ruby/Rails, Python, and Java

- Ability to build out reports such as diversity metrics, data analysis, and pipeline metrics
