- 15 + years of experience in managing Channel Partners ,distribution,Franchises.

Industry : Real Estate , FMCG , Telecom, Pharma

- Handling at least 30+ Front line , 3-4 TLs in Channel sales

- Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team

- Strong experience in CHANNEL sales in real estate industry, Pharma, FMCG, Telecom, Insurance

- Experience in generating new leads through channel/Agents

- Able to meet more channel partners and attach channel partners as per the monthly target.

- Motivate the channel partners/achieve the sales targets. 6. Able to sign/negotiate with all the channel partners and comply as per the SLA/agreement.

- Responsible for Team Targets 8. Able to achieve month on month sales targets

- Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies thro Channels & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales.

- Competitor Trend Monitoring and Competitor Benchmarking / Channel partner research, in order to effectively balance competing priorities to full fill all customer expectations i.e., keeping abreast with competitor residential property offerings, pricing, location, quality, etc.

- Educating the client with the market trends, keeping them aware with the rental returns and the price appreciation they may get after investing in our properties.

- Good people management skill

- Strong communication, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills

- Able to train /mentor /coach/hire/retain and make his team perform
