1.10 - 15 years' experience in Marketing & Branding

2. At least 2 years' experience in real estate industry ( Not Must) / FMCG, consumer brands

3. Should have handled product / project launches with 360 - campaigns

4. Should be proficient in brand management, brand positioning, advertisement and creative management

5. Should have handled creative and strategy for marketing of a large project/ brand

6. Should have experience in designing customer experience processes

7. Must have handled large creative agencies

8. Should have handled ATL /BTL strategy and executions

9. Should be able to conduct BTL activities, road shows, outdoor marketing events etc

10. Should have understanding and has executed digital marketing campaigns for lead gen and brand

11. Must be number driven professional with multitasking skills and attention to details

12. Should be conversant with latest lead management software

13. Strong in PR activities and have strong relation with offline and online PR agencies:

- ATL / /BTL agencies

- Dealing with creative agencies and getting collateral executed

- Planning and Executing media plan

- Must be handling about 10 Crs media budget

14. He should have experience of designing and executing collaterals like Brochure, Flyers, Print media, TV commercials, shooting of commercials etc

15. Very very strong in COMMUNICATION- written and verbal

16. MBA from reputed institute
