Role Brief:

- We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Payroll Management- Process monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Calculate and verify employee salaries, benefits, and deductions in accordance with company policies, employment contracts, and legal regulations.

- HR System Administration- Maintain HR information systems (HRIS) and other HR-related software applications. Ensure accurate and up-to-date team member records, including personal information, employment details, and benefits administration.

- Employee Data Management- Handle employee's data throughout the lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and separations. Maintain employee files and records, ensuring confidentiality and data security.

- HR Reporting and Analytics- Generate HR reports and analytics to provide insights into HR metrics, trends, and KPIs. Prepare regular HR reports on headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and other HR-related data.

- Benefits Administration- Assist with the administration of team benefits programs, including health insurance and other team welfare initiatives. Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and ensure timely resolution.

- HR Policy and Compliance- Stay updated on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws. Assist in ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies. Support HR audits and assist in the implementation of corrective actions, if needed.

You Are The Right Fit, If You Have :

- 4-6 years of experience in Payroll. Having exposure in HR Operations would be an added advantage

- Strong understanding of payroll practices and compliances

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
