Job Description :

UrbanClap is looking for a trained and experienced beauty consultant for its Salon at Home Category.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for screening and testing skills of candidates who are interested in joining the platform

- Design a training module specifically for 'home salon' services

- Schedule periodic trainings and manage calendar for all professionals on the platform

- Design an etiquette and soft skill and behavioural curriculum for pros

- Design and develop services to be provided at home at competitive prices

- Developing Standard Operating Procedures for each service

- Providing refresher technical trainings to all pros periodically

- Finalizing the products that will give the customer a 5 star experience at the comforts of home

- Identify innovative and trending services and incorporate the same in our offerings
