We are looking for a kick-ass People Operations/HR Manager who can do it all and set up a fantabulous employee experience in UrbanClap! Our POPS function is absolutely mission critical to us, not only to keep the basic stuff sorted but overall to create and promote an organizational mission and values.

Deliverables:

- Drive engagement in the organization

- Understand the company culture and build on employee experience in the organization on every aspect of their life here in UrbanClap.

- Drive the UC values of Re-imagine, Hustle and Basic through various initiatives to embed them in our business and all people related processes and interaction.

- Focus and improve the employee lifecycle from selection to onboarding, mentoring, rewards and recognition and retention.

- Manage and all aspects of:

a) Payroll Management

b) Reimbursement

c) Statutory Compliance

d) PF

e) Documentation, background verification, benefits administration

- Manage end-to-end of the ELC - On boarding, Rehire, Leave, Movement & Transfer, promotion, Exit etc.

- Communicate and ensure understanding by employees of laws, regulations, and organizational policies and answer questions by managers and employees as needed.

Must-have skills:

- 1-5 years experience

- Innovative skills to administer POPS

- Hustler attitude to get things done

- People person through and through - ability to connect with people and get stuff done. Be their go-to person.

- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills

- Absolute attention to detail

- Relationship management capabilities

- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
