Executive Assistant To Director - IIM/ISB/LIBA/XIME
Role Brief:
- He/she would be exposed to an accelerated learning curve wherein the opportunity to work multiple functions and business would broaden his/ her spectrum of understanding for the industry
- In addition, this would be an excellent opportunity for the role holder to identify, anchor and monitor cross functional initiatives on the behalf of Director
- The role holder would have an extremely high level of visibility across the organization as well as in the executive committee.
Chief Responsibilities will include:
Decision Support to Director:
- Provide the first- level of problem solving on top of mind issues for the Director
- Assimilate current status and prepare preliminary action steps in key areas of the business
- Complete pre- work for CEO meetings and set agendas for his interactions with internal and external personnel
Monitoring:
- Institute process and routines that ensure that the Director's decisions are followed up
- Co-ordinate with senior management and update CEO of progress on business as usual and projects of the Director's office
- Escalate issues needing immediate attention to Directors
Special initiatives and new business areas:
- Supporting senior management in strategic initiatives by performing rigorous analysis, interacting with key internal and external stakeholders and project coordination
- Providing industry insights and perspectives that feature in business development pitch, proposals and finally the deliverables to the client
Prioritization:
- Regularly revisit Director's initiatives to ensure prioritization according to business and strategic objectives
Desired Candidate Profile:
- MBA from tier 1 institutions
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills, including ability to work effectively in a fast- paced dynamic business environment
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- High on energy, assertive and to be able to deal with multiple stakeholders
- Should be driven and mature enough to handle senior level relationships
