Role Description:

- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager at Urban Money, located in Noida.

- The Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and providing expert loan advisory services.

- This position involves understanding client requirements, analyzing loan options, assisting with documentation, providing advice on taxation and insurance, and ensuring the smooth disbursement of loans.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and loan requirements.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support and addressing their queries and concerns.

Loan Advisory Services:

- Analyze various loan options and provide clients with tailored advice on suitable mortgage solutions.

- Assist clients with loan application processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.

Financial Analysis and Advising:

- Provide clients with expert advice on taxation, insurance, and other financial matters related to their loans.

- Conduct thorough financial analyses to ensure clients receive the best possible loan terms and conditions.

Loan Disbursement Management:

- Coordinate with financial institutions to ensure the smooth and timely disbursement of loans.

- Monitor the progress of loan applications and keep clients informed throughout the process.

Administrative and Compliance Tasks:

- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Prepare regular reports on loan advisory activities and client engagements.

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of loan advisory services and mortgage solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
