Urban Money - Regional Head - Mortgages

Responsibilities:

Retain and expand the company's customer base for Mortgage, Home Loan, LAP (Loan Against Property), and Business Loans.

Facilitate business development and source home loan customers through channel partners and the sales force.

Develop and maintain relationships with builders, realtors, CAs, DSAs, and corporates to drive business growth.

Lead and manage a team of 10-20 members, including 2 Sales Managers and 8 Relationship Managers.

Grow the AUM base for LAP, Mortgage, and Business Loan lending solutions.

Ensure achievement of overall revenue, cost, profitability, and portfolio quality targets.

Proven experience in Mortgage, Home Loan, LAP, and Business Loans.
