Urban Money is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our business expansion in Ahmedabad.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and managing a team of sales professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth in both new and existing markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in both new and existing markets in Ahmedabad.

- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

- Talent Acquisition & Team Management: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to identify, recruit, and onboard top sales talent.

- Provide mentorship, coaching, and ongoing training to enhance team performance.

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.

- Sales Targets & Performance Monitoring: Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure the team meets or exceeds their goals.

- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets.

- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective sales strategies.

- Proven experience in building and leading successful sales teams
