As a Sales Manager at Urban Money, you will be responsible for driving business growth in both new and existing markets.
You will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and leading a team of sales professionals.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated and organized individual with a strong background in sales and a proven track record of achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth in both new and existing markets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify, recruit, and onboard top sales talent.
- Mentor and coach employees to help them achieve individual and team objectives.
- Provide ongoing training and support to enhance team performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive business success.
- Address customer needs and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Set sales targets and monitor performance against goals.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
- Experience: 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
