Urban Money - Manager - Loan Sales

- As a Sales Manager for Personal Loans (PL) and Business Loans (BL) at Urban Money, you will play a key role in managing and expanding our loan product portfolios.

- You will be responsible for conducting client consultations, exploring multiple lender options, and overseeing the documentation processes.

- Your role will involve building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Loan Product Management: Oversee and manage the personal and business loan product portfolios, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of available products and lender options.

- Client Consultations: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their loan needs and preferences, providing expert advice on suitable loan options.

- Lender Exploration: Explore and compare multiple lender options to find the best solutions for clients, ensuring - competitive rates and terms.

- Documentation Oversight: Manage the documentation process, ensuring all required paperwork is accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service -and addressing any concerns or issues.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all loan transactions and processes comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Sales Targets: Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, driving growth in loan product sales.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales management, preferably in loan products or financial services.

- Skills: Strong skills in sales management, client consultation, regulatory compliance, and documentation oversight.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities are essential.

- Knowledge: Understanding of loan products, taxation, and insurance related to loans.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- MBA will be preferred
