Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of supervisors to ensure efficient on-ground service delivery.
Maintain strong customer relations with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Develop and manage a network of third-party contractors for property maintenance and services.
Oversee the resolution of maintenance issues raised by tenants and owners.
Schedule property inspections, prepare comprehensive reports, and ensure timely follow-up actions.
Maintain and update databases of daily activities in accordance with company standards.
Supervise rent collection, track rent escalations, manage lease terminations/expirations, and coordinate the move-out process with owners and tenants.
Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Analyze performance data and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate degree preferred.
MBA will be a plus
Minimum 6 years of total work experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
Experience in admin, facility management, or contractor-related work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and coordination abilities.
Proficient in CRM, MS Office, email, and digital tools.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives
