Urban Money - Cluster Manager

Role Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Cluster Manager at Urban Money.

The Cluster Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple locations in Surat, managing a team of loan portfolio counselors, ensuring seamless loan advisory services, and building relationships with financial institutions.

Some remote work is acceptable for this role.

Qualifications:

- Experience in the banking or financial services industry

- Knowledge of loan products and mortgage solutions

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and financial institutions

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Finance Field experience needed atleast 5 Years .
