- Team Management: Experience managing sales teams of approximately 60-80 people.

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Track Record: Demonstrated stability with previous employers and a strong ability to deliver results.

- Analytical Skills: Strong capability to derive actionable insights and outputs from data.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in leading high-performance sales teams.

- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.

- Strong strategic planning and market analysis skills
