Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a large regional sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies based on in-depth market analysis to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

Performance Management: Monitor, track, and report on sales activities and team performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and accountability for P&L.

Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, guiding the team to effectively achieve sales and revenue targets.

Multi-Channel Sales Framework: Establish and maintain a structured multi-channel sales approach, optimizing business operations and ensuring efficient resource utilization.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and business partners, to support business objectives.

Market Expansion: Drive market expansion initiatives, leveraging insights and trends to enhance competitive positioning and achieve long-term business growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: MBA or equivalent degree.

Experience: Extensive experience in the rental properties/B2B segment, with a proven track record in senior sales leadership roles.

Team Management: Demonstrated experience in managing and developing large sales teams (60-80 people) and driving high-performance outcomes.

Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and market analysis skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable sales strategies.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Proven Stability: Consistent track record of stability and success with previous employers, showcasing long-term contributions and achievements.

Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills with the capability to derive actionable insights from data and drive business decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.

Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and motivate a large, diverse team.
