Key Responsibilities:
- Guide team members to reach their full sales potential.
- Support and motivate sales agents to ensure their success.
- Revisit and assess sales targets on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis, identifying challenges and implementing strategies to overcome them.
- Maintain a motivating environment for Sales Associates (SAs) to enhance their performance.
- Train sales personnel to build rapport with clients, ensuring trust and successful sales.
- Develop and implement sales techniques that drive results.
- Oversee the sales team, ensuring targets are met and addressing any issues that arise.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to Sales Associates.
- Manage escalations and serve as a liaison between the Property Management (PM) team and the Owner sales team.
- Measure and manage team performance using key indicators such as TAT and visits.
- Possess a thorough understanding of the business, its objectives, and goals to drive sales effectively.
- Exhibit strategic thinking and a managerial mindset.
- Analyze and communicate inventory requirements.
- Collaborate with the Property Management team on collections and other sales-related tasks.
