Responsibilities:
Manage a team of supervisors for on-ground service delivery.
Maintain strong customer relations with clients.
Build and manage a network of third-party contractors.
Address maintenance issues raised by tenants and owners.
Schedule property inspections and prepare reports.
Maintain and update activity databases per company standards.
Oversee rent collection, track rent escalations, manage lease terminations/expirations, and coordinate move-out processes with owners and tenants.
Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate/Post Graduate degree preferred.
Minimum 4 years of total work experience, with at least 1 year in customer relationship management.
Experience in admin, facility management, or contractor-related work preferred.
Real estate experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
Proficient in CRM, MS Office, email, and digital tools
