Responsibilities:
- Coach and assist team members to reach their full sales potential.
- Support and motivate sales agents to ensure success in their deals.
- Review and adjust targets weekly, fortnightly, and monthly to meet goals.
- Ensure Sales Associates' (SAs) motivation and performance.
- Train sales personnel to build rapport, gain client trust, and close sales.
- Oversee sales team targets and handle issues related to target achievement.
Provide regular feedback and manage escalations.
- Coordinate with the Property Management (PM) team and owner sales team.
- Measure and manage team performance with leading indicators (TAT, Visits).
- Understand business objectives and drive sales with strategic thinking.
- Analyze and communicate inventory requirements.
- Collaborate with the PM team for collections.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong team management and escalation management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Analytical skills to understand and design targets.
- High extraversion and enjoyment of working with people.
