Why is this role important?

- Work with business teams to come up with strategic tech product needs.

- Take ownership of business goals and build a product roadmap

- Exposure in implementing enterprise products (ERP, CRM, Order management, Commerce Platform etc)

- Define cross-function business use cases, work closely with business/engineering teams to implement them.

- Product expert in IBM products, configure the systems to align with business requirements

- Independently own projects and drive design and implementation, in close coordination with functional teams, with limited oversight

Primary Skills and Functional Experience :

- Strong experience (>3 years) working on either IBM WCS or IBM OMS products (both preferred)

- Extensive experience of working with implementation partners is a plus

- In-depth understanding of product capabilities and out of the box features of these products

- Ability to quickly make configuration changes in these products

- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to drive and implement structured solutions

- Ability to quickly identify and prioritize right issue areas

- Strong people skills; High EQ to be able to drive change at scale
