Profile Summary

As a Manager

- Fulfilment Operations, you will own end to end fulfillment processes at Urban Ladder, ensuring that the right product with right quality is available at the right time.

- At this position, you will liaise with 3PL partners and internal warehouse teams to set a benchmark in quality, efficiency, and utilization.

- You are expected to be a lean thinker and implement efficient processes, metrics and achieve six-sigma level process efficiency.

- Your work will also include managing the infrastructure, security, safety, and people, along with strategizing and executing long-term plans for the function.

Primary performance indicators -

- Reduction of Order Fulfilment time

- Reduction of Fulfilment cost per order item

- Dispatch Quality and Inventory Accuracy

- Manage returns and bad inventory

- Execute operations excellence projects

Roll will include:

- Own all fulfillment processes around inwards, storage, quality and dispatches

- Work with 3PL partner and Improve productivity & efficiency

- Ensure quality control standards are followed and implemented.

- Provide guidance in developing and continuously improving SOP and process manuals

Skills & Experience Required for Success in This Role

- High level of ownership, team management, and communication skills

- Expertise in process management, supply chain, operations and warehouse operations

- Experience in furniture retail would be a plus

Education - Post Graduate; Masters in Operations or MBA would be preferable

Experience (No. of years) - 4+ years of a leadership role in warehouse operations or SCM domain

Language - English, Kannada, Telugu, Hindi
