Talent Acquisition Partner - Contractual Role
What you'll be doing:
- Responsible for identifying and mapping the external talent pool towards critical positions within the organization.
- Strategize candidate engagement initiatives, own end-to-end candidate experience, pre-onboarding engagement, and post-joining experience
- Deliver excellent stakeholder management and world-class candidate experience
- Stakeholder management
- Own and build processes along with reporting of key metrics
- Managing recruitment-related projects
What we are looking for:
- 2 to 4 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience with high-performing companies
- Excellent problem-solving skills to drive and tailor your strategies and creatively identify new solutions to resolve challenges
- Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Adept with data
