Performance Marketing Executive

Upthrust is a growth marketing agency based in Austin, Texas, dedicated to helping amazing and ambitious brands achieve their vision through brand building, customer acquisition, strategy, and design. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and drive business growth for our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement performance marketing campaigns for clients, utilizing a range of channels such as PPC, paid social, email, and display advertising.

- Analyze campaign performance and optimize campaigns to ensure ROI targets are met.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including designers and developers, to ensure campaigns are visually appealing and optimized for conversions.

- Stay up- to- date on the latest trends and technologies in performance marketing and make data- driven recommendations for campaign optimization.

- Create regular reports on campaign performance and communicate insights and recommendations to clients.

Requirements:

- 4- 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns for e- commerce businesses.

- Experience working in a US- based digital agency is highly preferred.

- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms, as well as Google Analytics.

- Ability to work in night shifts.

- Experience with PPC, paid social, email, and display advertising.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.

- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and communicate effectively with clients.

- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding performance targets.

- Master's (Preferred) or Bachelor's in marketing, business, or a related field.
