- As part of the Business Development Team this role is crucial and forms the back-bone of the process.
- The objective is to bring new businesses and foster the existing ones.
- Focusing on overall placements of Students taking up professional courses in Renewable Energy Space
- Building strong Client Relations with industries/organizations and agencies for internship and placement of trainees
- Visiting and building a relationship with various companies to ensure brand recall
- Counsel students and inform them about the various career trajectories by one on one sessions with students regularly and making them more placeable
- Establishing and managing corporate tie-ups by acting as the face of the organization
- Prepare and submit monthly placement reports
- Responsible for Designing and Conduction Webinars and Seminars with reduced costing and generate potential lead for sale conversion
- Conceptualize, Design promotional material and launch marketing campaigns.
- Develop and execute plans for Sales activities and generate leads. -
- Forecast market needs; Identify key segments and develop a Market positioning plan to target key segments.
- Generating new business opportunity for organization
- Retain existing Clientele by providing them best experience possible.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferred MBA with 4+ years of work experience in the placement of management graduates
- Any Graduate with Relevant Experience in the EdTech Industry Or Frontline Sale and Client Relations
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Proficiency in English - Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CRM Management
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
