Upside Learning Solutions - Business Development Manager - US & UK

Skills Required:

- Minimum 3-4 years of work experience, preferably in selling IT products (web based) & services sales.

- Experience in selling Software Applications, CRM Solutions, Mobile Applications, Software Product Selling

- Experience is Enterprise account management and client management

- Should have worked independently and responsible for achievement of the Sales targets

- Must be good in Client Relationship management with CXO s

- Should be willing to travel (Abroad) for business purpose

- Excellent communication skill

Job Description -

1. Will be Reporting directly to Territory Manager

2. Will be responsible for Sales Planning and execution for prospective clients

3. Will be responsible for Analysis of clients' requirements, specifications, obtaining suitable solutions and outlining commercial implications and cost analysis.

4. Will be responsible for handling responses for RFP, RFI and RFQ for new business queries. Submitting quotations against RFP received from the client and carrying on the negotiation process till the signing of the contract between the parties

5. Will be responsible for Sales Target Achievement

6. Will be responsible for Upside's Product & Service Selling

7. Will be responsible for managing a team of Business Development Executives

8. Will be responsible for conducting marketing activities for US & UK Region

9. Will be representing Upside Learning in various events and seminars

10. Public speaking ability to deliver Webinars will be a plus

11. High level interactions with clients during the project life cycle to enhance delivery for repeat & new business.

12. Regularly monitor and manage the update of information related to leads, contacts, accounts and account hierarchies in order to maintain clean and appropriately structured database records.
