Position Summary : Upriver Ecommerce, having had a great success in the online marketplace management space, is now aiming towards launching a performance marketing division to service our e-com marketplace clients on their D2C websites and move one step closer towards our dream of building an e-com digital solutions company covering a wide spectrum of services.
To inch one step closer to that dream, we are looking for a new addition in our Performance Marketing team, who will be responsible for handling the performance marketing initiatives on our clients D2C website. This is a high impact role, given you will be directly responsible for acquiring and retaining customers on the website by driving traffic through well-known platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, Taboola etc. One thing we promise is a steep learning curve and immense growth opportunities if you have the willingness to learn & assume responsibilities. We- re looking for hustlers who have a passion for e-commerce. Responsibilities include:
1. Lead digital performance marketing through Facebook, Google, LinkedIn and other acquisition channels
2. Developing a complete digital media strategy for the brand to enhance its positioning and brand awareness
3. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
4. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
5. Ensure unified messaging, consistent branding, and collaboration across all marketing and communication strategies
6. Analyse data from A/B tests to provide insights, meaningful suggestions, and recommendations on action items
7. Analyze ROI of all campaigns, manage and scrutinise campaign results to determine how best to allocate budget to continuously improve user acquisition results
8. Proactively find new opportunities for growth and efficiency gains
9. Develops a total understanding of online target audience and behaviors
10. Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns
11. Manages client expectations, bringing issues/concerns to clients' attention before they become problems, offering potential solutions, and advising of potential delivery delays
12. Devise a campaign timeline, schedule and ensure they are maintained at the highest level of quality and efficiency
What you'll need:1. Minimum 1 year of experience working in a Digital marketing profile
2. Preference to those who have previous agency experience of handling multiple clients in a Digital Marketing agency
3. Hands on performance marketing experience (search, paid social, display, etc.) setting up and managing large scale marketing programs
4. Strong analytical skills including Microsoft Excel
5. Extensive knowledge of navigating Shopify, WordPress, Wix and other e-com stores
6. Good written communication skills and typing speed in English
7. Self-motivated with passion for e-commerce
8. Outstanding client handling & communication skills both written & verbal
