Job Purpose :

- As a People Analytics Lead, you will play a key role in helping the organization solve complex business problems using data and analytics. You will help UPL define people analytics strategy and bring our people data to life. The person in this role will be involved in people initiatives to help ensure we can provide metrics and analytics to help deliver more value to business.

- In addition to this, you'll analyze data for trends and patterns to make recommendations to the HR Leadership Team. As part of the "Global Organization Effectiveness and HR Technology" team, the People Data & Analytics Lead will support all areas of the HR, though the initial focus would be on Organization Network Analysis, Talent Pipeline, Employee Lifecycle, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging, Rewards and Organizational Effectiveness globally.

- The "Global Organization Effectiveness and HR Technology "team partners across the business and regions to perform research and uncover data-driven insights to better attract, hire, engage, and retain the people who will take UPL forward. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong HR knowledge, people management skills, reporting skills, as well as data analytics experience. We are looking for someone who is data driven, detail-oriented, motivated, and proactive. If you are a flexible, fast learner who craves building strong relationships with a team, then this role might be for you. You'll be arming business leaders with the key people metrics that will aid in decision making and help drive business/people performance.

Job Responsibilities :

- Design and drive the global People Analytics strategy, defining the products and services and translating these into a concrete strategy and roadmap aligned with the broader HR team agenda

- Act as an inspirator for People Analytics, making us aware of its possibilities, explaining the benefits, and articulating how People Analytics can support us and how we create a culture of insights-driven people processes and programs

- Conduct organization network analysis to come up with insights and recommendations

- Partner with the HR leadership team and master translating business needs into data-driven solutions.

- Collect and compile people data, define appropriate metrics, utilize storytelling to create report design and delivery, and make recommendations based on trends or patterns

- Identify opportunities to drive greater organizational impact through analytics

- Collaborating with project managers, IT, HR Systems, HR CoEs, and colleagues on the HR Team to drive viable products and product usage

- Distilling complex analytical results into presentable, digestible, and actionable recommendations and insights for HR teams

- Work to help improve the work experience for our employees across our global organization

Skill Requirement :

- Background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, HR/Business Analytics, or related field

- 7-10 years of experience in People Analytics or other HR Analytics/Reporting teams. Experience with data analytics using Business Intelligence and Visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI etc. would be an added advantage

- Prior experience or exposure to Organization Network Analysis

- Experience managing HR analysis globally, especially regarding data compliance within GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and other data privacy laws

- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Ability and desire to communicate through all employee levels including top management

- Desire to build strong relationships within the team and across the business.

- Respect and desire to learn about diverse cultures.

- Ability to communicate and explain complex information to various types of audiences
