Key Accountabilities:
- Organization Design and Manpower Planning:
- Guide the HR team on the manpower planning & budgeting exercise for the business with focus on productivity and optimum utilization of manpower
- Work with business leaders and teams in alignment of organization design to business strategy
- Identify issues and process gaps to improve alignment, manpower productivity and minimize redundancies
Talent Management
- Organization Design: Analysis and recommendations on organizational structure and workforce planning issues.
- Facilitate the TM process with the line managers in forecasting and planning talent pipeline requirements
- Support the central team during Talent review
- Facilitate the actions finalize in the talent review by working with the functional leaders
Capability Building:
- Engage with people managers in the process of Identification of competency gaps and map potential technical programs in order to develop people
- Facilitate sessions, seminars & workshops for honing the technical and behavioural skills of employees
- Responsible for developing training & development initiatives for improved productivity, enhanced capability and quality enhancement.
Employee Relations & HR Operations
- Drive Employee Relations (Counseling, Investigation, Coaching, Conflict Mgmt. -Individual, Individual & team/supervisor) activities.
- HR Operations activities - Joining, On-boarding, Exit Formalities, C&B Operations
- Appointment to retirement administration which includes confirmations, transfers, promotions, rewards & incentives.
Performance Management
- Drive the performance management process with regard to goal setting, performance discussions, yearly reviews and consequence management
- Guide and Coach people managers at various stages of the PMS process & monitor progress
Employee Engagement:
- Build and design HR programs/ initiatives on enhancing employee experience, team building initiatives, address employee issues/grievances proactively
- Drive and facilitate employee engagement programs with the business managers
- Lead and implement core HR programs into the business ensuring an effective, sustainable people strategy over the long term at the Unit
HR Data & Reporting:
- Ensure the Employee data and records are maintained & timely updated. Analyze data with insights (attrition, hiring, promotion, performance rating trends, manpower cost etc)
- HR Analytics- Management reporting (HR MIS) to business leaders and provide suggestions to Business as an HR leader on the basis of data trends
Compliance Management:
- Ensure to successfully Compliances Audit conducted by Customer & Various Govt. Authorities
- Responsible for statutory and process compliance management
Experience:
- 12 to 15 years of HR/IR experience with any manufacturing setup (Pharmaceutical / Chemical / Manufacturing preferred) with a track record of successfully leading an HR organization for 5 years or more in one of the roles
- Strong understanding of People dynamics, organization development, resourcing, capability development, performance management, talent management & IR practices in India
Qualifications:
- Full time Post Graduation in Human Resource (MBA/ MSW/ MHRM)
