Role: Global HR Program Manager - HR Transformation Projects & Org. Effectiveness

Location: Mumbai

Job Purpose:

The role is responsible for supporting the HR team in the planning and execution of HR initiatives and projects. This includes project management, stakeholder management, and reporting. The Global HR Program Manager will work closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development of project plans, including the identification of project objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, and resources

- Coordinate and manage the execution of HR projects, including managing project schedules, budgets, resources, and risks

- Collaborate with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure that project objectives are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget

- Facilitate communication and collaboration between HR and other teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of project progress and any issues that may arise

- Monitor and report on project progress, including providing regular updates to HR leadership and other stakeholders

- Identify and assess potential risks to the successful completion of projects, and develop contingency plans to mitigate those risks

- Assist in the development and implementation of HR processes and procedures to support the effective delivery of HR projects

- Continuously improve HR project management processes and tools to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

Skills requirement:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with MBA in HR from Tier I Institutes

- 5+ years of experience in HR project management

- Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, budgeting, and risk management

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with HR leadership, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Asana)

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
