Your Role
- Responsible for planning and achieving the sales targets, overall revenue generation for the set of programs
- Maximize the conversion % of the leads given by putting the right strategies, processes and people in place
- Build and manage large funnel of prospects through engagement and nurturing
- Manage a team of Chief Admissions Counsellors & Admissions Counselors working from the centers, driving their productivity and generating revenue through them
Requirement
- At least 5+years of experience in Inside sales
- Good in Number Crunching, finding insights, finding solutions to improve conversion
- Analytical bend and problem solving
- Strong decision-making ability
- Strong sales leadership attribute
