Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end roadmap of our academic and delivery products in sync with business objectives.
- Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, including problem definition, customer needs ,requirement/use case definition
- Employ data backed product development methodology to improve user experience and feature prioritization.
- Employ a range of qualitative (user discovery research, focus groups, usability studies, etc.),quantitative (surveys, analytics, market research, etc) data into product requirements.
- Work with cross-functional internal teams including senior leadership, engineering & business to help them make data-driven decisions to achieve business goals.
- Prioritize features for sprints and lead scrums
- Constantly analyze the product performance against ROI, KPIs, and other metrics and driven to improve performance
- Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and successfully synthesize those into focused product roadmap.
- Define the product vision and drive the roadmap for our products
- Internalize and represent the customers' voice throughout the product lifecycle
- Collect and measure key product metrics against goals to inform the success of each release and plan iterations accordingly
- Translate market trends into a compelling product direction and vision
- Work closely with the User Experience team, to help shape your ideas into a simple, integrated and intuitive UI - both on Mobile and Web on Apps and PWA
Skills:
- Experience with social products, technologies and platforms is strongly desired
- Extensive knowledge of online and mobile business models and consumer technology
- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized, hands-on
- Deep user empathy and consumer first thinking layered with a strong understanding of business
- Strong customer focus, analytical and data-driven decision making
- 3 to 7 years' experience in product management
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong ability to break down problems and prioritize a wide-roadmap.
- Experience in developing an educational product would be Good to have
- Strong analytical skills, comfort with handling data sets and deriving insights
- Ability to think strategically and holistically about business outcomes, while also being able to act tactically and have strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills ,
- Proficiency in SQL is preferable
