upGrad - Senior Associate - Legal - LLB

- Drafting, negotiating, reviewing and end to end management of standard company contracts with vendors, clients, etc. for APAC and EMEA.

- Responsible for negotiating, structuring, and/or administrating contractual documents that establish business relationships with customers, Vendors and/or partners.

- Takes proper action to close out the contract in accordance with applicable procedures at the conclusion of all activity.

- Ensure adequate stamp duty is paid on the agreements

- Timely follow-up with Vendors/customers, Consultants and providing the appropriate information as and when needed.

- Research on foreign laws and preparing drafts based on the research

- Looking for automation and training to the business team thereby leading to lesser involvement of legal in day-to-day activities and making them self-reliant

What We Are Looking At

- Law Graduate with minimum 3+ year of legal experience.

- Possessing CS degree or Executive cleared would be preferred

- Proficiency in MS Word.

- Excellent Communication Skills

- High level energy and Patience, Timely response and Quick Learner

- Good negotiation skills on the contractual terms

- Should be able to work independently

- Dependability - Ensures that all details of the contracts are compliant
