Project Manager - Product Management
Summary
The University Partnerships team is seeking a go-getter to help upGrad Abroad extend its teaching capabilities to 50 HEIs across the world - forge articulation partnerships + scale UGDX partnerships. We need an individual who can lead from the front, represent upGrad Abroad to Top 500 schools and make critical decisions for the portfolio; analyze product-market fit and plan the GTM approach with other stakeholders. The said individual will cross-functionally liaise with the Learning Experience team, Content team, Faculty team and Technology team. This role demands exceptional expertise in research and analysis, cross-functional collaboration and proficiency in business communication.
Responsibilities - Research and Analysis of HEIs and their prominent programs
- Extrapolation of insights from student mobility and talent mobility trends in India and SEA markets
- Business Negotiation with University Partners on Competitive Advantages
- New Business Development with existing Partners including UGDX
- Expansion Efforts into ANZ and WENA
- Relationship Management with key University officials
- Working with Content Ops, Training, Product and Tech Team for Program activation and life-cycle execution.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in program management, B2B partnerships and GTM strategy
- Strong analytical skills to analyze feedback and data, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to scale programs and initiatives effectively.
- A result-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience in partnership development is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
