Role: Program Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

- As a Program Marketing Manager at upGrad, you will be responsible for the brand management and marketing of specific verticals or sets of programs.


- This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong marketing background, capable of crafting and executing marketing strategies that enhance program visibility, drive enrollment, and strengthen the upGrad brand.


- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative, to ensure that marketing initiatives align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Brand Management: Develop and manage the brand strategy for specific verticals or programs, ensuring consistency in messaging, positioning, and branding across all channels.

- Marketing Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans that drive program growth and visibility. This includes digital marketing, content marketing, PR, events, and partnerships.

- Campaign Management: Lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the product, sales, and creative teams to develop and refine program offerings, positioning, and promotional strategies.

- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize future efforts.

- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including university partners, to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.

Qualifications:

Education: MBA or equivalent degree from a top 20 business school.

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management.

Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.

- Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decision-making.

- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.

- Deep understanding of media, both digital and non-digital.
