What You Would Be Doing:
- Leading a pre-sales team of 7-8 associates, ensuring daily counseling and conversion through proactive daily calling and lead generation with sincere intent, utilizing upGrad's database.
- Generate Leads & Referral & counsel them to bring it close to payment
- Own quarterly, monthly, daily sales input parameters & revenue target & referral target
- Work within a goal-driven environment to ensure your team achieves daily targets for call connections, lead generation/counseling, and daily talk time.
- Ensure pre-sales nurturing of all leads generated by evoking a high interest among the leads generated for upGrad programs and hence a strong knowledge of major upGrad programs will have to be built within a week of joining.
- Closely liaise with the sales team on a daily basis to help them understand the interest or any other specifics of the leads which have been generated by you. This will involve but not be limited to taking a daily update from the respective sales executives on the status of your leads generated.
- Systematically maintain a daily tracker on MS Excel, reflecting your team's daily connects, follow ups, leads generated and validated, status of the leads passed on to sales etc.
What We Are Looking For:
- Sales and target driven individual, with excellent written and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully leading teams of 7-8 individuals and thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) is mandatory.
