Manager - Research & Analytics
Some of your key responsibilities will be to: -
Lead a team, and manage multiple initiatives across all programs in a domain effectively
- Design and build SOPs and processes for various initiatives, and take ownership for the same, to ensure outcomes for learners
- Identify the gap between the target and the output for various metrics, and undertake root cause analysis
- Convert the gap into strategies and action by working with cross-functional teams and drive the changes required
- Work with other Learning Experience team such as Content, Delivery, Student Success, Careers & Corporate Partnerships to drive key recommendations and action plans
