Legal Manager

1. Acting as an independent legal SPOC - assisting and facilitating the business teams with business solutioning.

2. Drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts with vendors and clients and government entities both in India and abroad.

3. Reviewing partnership documents and ancillary general commercial contracts

4. Litigation management

5. Ability to juggle and manage different business units.

6. Managing IP related matters.

7. Drafting all consumer facing documentation.

8. Ability to deal with new areas of laws and regulations with quick turnaround time for areas affected or vulnerable.

9. Compliance management.

10. Execute strategy set for managing advertising challenges.

11. Identify and assess risks and opportunities for the business.

12. Enthusiastic approach towards conducting learning and development initiatives for the internal stakeholders to improve user experience.

13. Ability to work under pressure and within service level agreements committed.

14. Team player with open mindset to learn and unlearn as per the requirement.

15. Strong ethical mindset with non-negotiable work ethics.

What We Are Looking At:

- Law graduate/PG with 10+ years of experience.

- Should have all round legal experience including in general contracting, civil, criminal and corporate litigation experience.

- Prior experience working on government contracts and projects.

- Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral).

- Sound Knowledge of Computers-MS word and Excel

- Well-versed in offering general legal and commercial advice.

- Preferred from Education/Internet/E-Commerce/Media/FMCG Or Any Service Industry
