About The Role :

You are forward thinking and will be able to add insight to all projects throughout their life cycle; however, you will be commercially aware, mindful of budget restrictions and be able to flag any issues as soon as they arise, offering appropriate solutions and adjustments wherever possible. You will be a trained expert in one or more of the following disciplines: Keyword architecture, Localization, Organic Search, Search Term Queries, Traffic, Click, Bounce Rate, Google Penalties, SMO, Paid Campaigns, Content strategy (YouTube channel). Roles and Responsibilities :
- Core team member who will be crafting strategies for all Marketing activities and ensure their timely execution
- Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products and/or services. He or she plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers
- Responsible for running paid campaigns on social media for owning the brand guidelines and ensuring our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
- Responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, keyword strategy etc. to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also manage all SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo and Bing in order to maximize ROI.
- Managing the company's external and internal affiliate programs through all phases, including brainstorming, launch, maintaining, trafficking, marketing, reporting, optimization and analysis.
- Review and analyze websites for areas that need modification and identify the least expensive but most powerful and profitable keywords for website. Improve a website's organic search results and ensure websites are filled with optimal keywords.
- Evaluate product offering, traffic, landing page quality, content, design, security, payment options, demographics of prospective customers when determining keywords and campaigns.
- Build and nurture social media platform-specific communities and audiences with the help of relevant social media marketing content. Research and administer social media tools on a regular basis in support of the company's social media strategy
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to analyze consumer behavior; ability to use customer research, hard data, and metrics to back up assumptions, generate credible forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.
- Responsible for leading all social media channels presence
- Developing and managing agency relationships (media, PR, design)
- Work with the Top Management and act as both a marketing and business expert and actively participate in decision making for the current and future operations of the company as and when required
- Monitor KPIs and coordinate budget planning for the marketing division (ATL, BTL, Digital); maintain appropriate control and oversight of all financial and budgetary matters for the division
- Create and support cross-functional teams for needs assessment, decision-making, technology support, professional development as well as stakeholder management.
- Maximize the efficiency of execution efforts by coordinating the various teams and operations involved in the process and ensuring there is no overlap.
Experience:
- 5+ yrs. of marketing experience, with a min of 3 yrs. in a leadership role
- Rich experience of Optimization and Localization and Proficient in On-Page Optimization.
- Experience in website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as an internal reporting tool
- Must have hands-on experience of SEO and its best practices, SEM, SMO (paid and organic with an eye on ROI), Affiliate Marketing, organic campaigns, and handling agencies
- Experience in working with popular keyword tools (Google, WordTracker, Ahrefs, etc)
- Experience in working with CMS and building/administering content in CMS environments
- Desired Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration
- A mix of start-up and scaled-up business experiences will be preferred.
- Strong management skills to perform planning, budgeting, directing, reporting, and administrative responsibilities. Proficient team handling and inter-personal skills
- Should bring strategic thinking and strong business acumen
- Problem-solving aptitude with an ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Superior wrote and verbal communication skills, exceptional presentation, and hands-on experience on Advance Excel.
- Demonstrated innovation skills
- Lead nurturing experience is a plus
- Hands-on with tools like MoEngage and leadSquared is a plus
1. Education: MBA from Tier 1 college with a focus on marketing / digital marketing or equivalent
