As part of the CRM team, you will be responsible for driving user growth, retention and reactivation with strong inferences derived from data. This involves creating user personas and understanding how marketing communication can be utilized across every lifecycle stage to improve conversion rates. If you enjoy leveraging data for creative problem-solving, this role would be a great fit for you.
What you would do:
Responsible for segmentation strategy for new/existing users based on their past behaviours, affinity, interests & profile attributes.
Responsible for uncovering opportunities to drive growth, retention & reactivation using data insights on user behaviour.
Conceptualise & experiment with use cases to improve CRM communication metrics.
Develop structured thought process on recommending marketing initiatives which have strong inferences derived from data insights.
Be the custodian & knowledge base of customer data on CRM platforms, google analytics, internal data tables.
A constant hunger to derive insights from data. Extreme user-centricity and solid logical thinking
Setting up automated dashboards to analyze and track data
Benchmark marketing communication & funnel conversion rates against competition
What skills you will need:
Profound knowledge and hands on experience of SQL.
Knowledge of Python, postman & Tableau is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems like Clevertap/moengage
Familiarity with Google Analytics, app & web events, customer journeys
