- Below is the JD for the role. We are looking for people with an education or relevant work experience. The compensation is very competitive and equivalent to the corresponding engineering roles.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Content Strategist executes content development projects by coordinating between industry experts, professors, video producers and graphic designers. He/she translates the knowledge of experts and professors into a structured learning experience that meets the specific outcomes desired by our learners.
- Develop high-quality content for online courses on business management or related topics
- Understand the industry requirements and design courses to help students achieve career outcomes
- Quickly learn complex concepts and ensure quality of content, instructional design and overall course experience
- Create Course Instructor Persona and build a network of leading SMEs/Profs with the team
- Collaborate with business development team to meet content production deliverables
- Define & structure content development process; work with educational content across all levels
- Work closely in a cross-functional environment, with teams including research assistants, video producers, scriptwriters etc
Skills/ Experience:
- 1-3 years of work experience with a good academic record. Graduates from Tier 1 colleges will be preferred
- Pedagogical research and curriculum development
- Excellence in problem solving and structured thinking
- Ability to read and write clearly in English
- Any experience with visual aesthetic work (art/design/videography/etc.) would be a plus
