Job Description: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Noida (Work from Office)

Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years in HRBP or similar roles

Educational Qualification: MBA in HR from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 College.

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Noida. As an HRBP, you will work closely with business leaders and managers to develop and execute HR strategies that foster organizational growth, employee engagement, and performance excellence. This is a key role that requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders to understand business goals and align HR initiatives to support these objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing insights on HR best practices, talent needs, and workforce planning.

- Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by managing employee relations and engagement activities. Address employee concerns proactively and help drive initiatives that improve job satisfaction and workplace culture.

- Performance Management: Lead performance management processes, including setting KPIs, facilitating reviews, and coaching managers on performance-related discussions. Ensure alignment with the company's values and goals.

- Talent Acquisition & Development: Work closely with talent acquisition teams to attract and hire top talent. Oversee career development and succession planning programs to help employees grow within the organization.

- Policy Implementation & Compliance: Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Provide guidance on HR policies to employees and managers.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize HR metrics and data to guide decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

- 3+ years of experience as an HRBP or similar role

- Strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects
