Roles and responsibilities :
- Responsible for onboarding and activation of 100s of schools that are acquired every month
- Create and optimize processes for efficient activation of the schools
- Own the entire training organization and its process which is the most important part of school activation
- Define and optimize KPIs for training team and process
- The person will be the owner of the company's knowledge base
- Develop a high performing team that is aligned to impact
Desired candidate :
- 5+ years of overall experience in creating and managing scalable processes
- 2+ years of experience in managing training and L&D processes
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Good command in creating content (videos, documents, etc) for training. Content of product training will be preferred.
- Prior experience in creating a knowledge base will be preferred
- Experience in managing training organization is a must
- Strong organizational skills including the ability to balance and independently manage workload, for self and team, that includes multiple concurrent priorities.
- MBA in HR will be preferred
