- Provide a vision for digital product design
- Promote a culture of user-centred design, accessibility, and inclusion throughout every touchpoint of the user journey
- Improve experiences for users through high-quality design, data, and research
- Drive innovation in experience and service design throughout the company

- Infuse design thinking and practices into all aspects of our work
- Forge strong sense of connection between the product design team and software delivery teams
- Take a collaborative approach to problem solving, developing a non-hierarchical culture of transparency, safety, and trust
Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of design experience, including managing a team of designer
- Have worked or managed different aspects of design development including Service Design, Design Systems and branding exercise.
- Have worked on building elements for brand communication across all customer touchpoints
- Fascinated with how users experience products and services and enjoys thinking about how to improve those experiences.
- Ability to balance creativity with a data-driven approach to problem solving.
- A proven track record of success delivering innovative design at scale, including major product or portfolio releases. Experience working with > 1 million WAU is highly desirable.
- Experience developing and growing a high-performing team of designers and researchers.
- Meaningful experience working on complex programs and working with design teams to manage scope and prioritization, across multiple platforms and services.
